Development Works: Efforts for infrastructures development in Nay Pyi Taw

Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo visited Zeyathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area on Wednesday to oversee the process of mechanized farmland reclamation in MaUTaw and Thet Hnin Inn Village-tracts.

Over 260 acres wide area has been under the process of mechanized farmland reclamation. The Council Chairman instructed local farmers to strive for boosting crop yield and to cultivate quality species with systematic usage of fertilizer and irrigated water. They then inspected the repair works of inter-village road, concrete paving works and thriving winter crop plantations.

In Pobbathiri Township, the Council Chairman met with local farmers in Bae Kone Village and urged all to expand cultivation for boosting production.

The fertilizers were also provided to the farmers. They later viewed the broadcasting of fertilizer in the winter crop plantation, construction of retaining wall at Hsin Phyu Shin TawyaPariyattiSarthintaik, concrete paving along Khayay Road and beautifying tasks along the circular road.
