Development Works: Agriculture works and cleaning activities

Kayah State Government is implementing for the regional development, rehabilitation, agriculture and livestock sectors.

On Saturday, Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin visited the model plantation being implemented in Naung Yar (a) Ward of Loikaw. Various vegetables are being cultivated in the field, using solar powered irrigation system. They also inspected the sunflower model plantation and instructed for achieving high yield, through the good agriculture practices.

The Chief Minister and party later proceeded to the Baptist Church in Daw U-Khu Ward and Christ the King Church where the cleaning works are being carried out for the convenience of the Christians during the Christmas period.
