Development Corridor to Revolutionize China-Europe trade

Turkey’s Transportation and Infrastructure Minister has announced a transformative Development Corridor project that will establish a new trade route connecting China to Europe.

This modern Silk Road initiative aims to reduce transportation time for commercial cargo to just 25 days from China to Europe’s furthest points, utilizing routes through Iraq and Turkey.

The project represents a significant advancement in Turkey’s strategic position as a crucial transit hub. In parallel developments, Türkiye Vice President has emphasized Turkey’s commitment to regional cooperation and Syria’s reconstruction.

Speaking at a specialized transportation meeting, he highlighted how Syria’s geographic location could enhance Turkey’s logistics capabilities and create new opportunities for regional trade integration.
