Development of agricultural sector: MCRD UM opened high grade rice mill and paddy drying machine

The Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe, Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein, State ministers and officials attended the opening ceremony of 90 tons per day high grade rice mill and 120 tons per day paddy grain drying machine owned by Shwe Myaing Agriculture and General businesses Cooperatives Limited in Mawlamyaing Township of Mon State in the morning on 1st January, 2024 in honoring and hailing the 76th Independence Day.

First , the Union Minister U Hla Moe, Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein, State ministers and officials opened the 90 tons per day high grade rice mill and 120 tons per day paddy grain drying machine by cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

Next, the Union Minister and Chief Minister unvailed the signboard of rice mill and paddy drying machine by pressing the auto button, sprinkled with scented water and inspected the rice mill and paddy drying machin.

In the second part of opening ceremony, the Union Minister U Hla Moe and Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein gave the comprehensive remark regarding with the opening of 90 tons per day high grade rice mill and 120 tons per day paddy grain drying machine.

Then, Chairman of Myanmar Rice Federation U Ye Min Aung gave the words of thanks and delight and the Chairman of Shwe Myaing Agriculture and General businesses Cooperatives Limited U Aung Zaw Oo clarified the construction of 90 tons per day high grade rice mill and 120 tons per day paddy grain drying machine.
