Departure for Iran: Delegation to attend Iran’s Swearing-in Ceremony

Myanmar delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe left for Iran on Sunday morning.

The delegation’s visit is to attend the Swearing-in Ceremony of Mr. Masoud Pezeshkian, the new Elected President of the Islamic Republic of Iran which will be held in Tehran, at the official invitation of the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran. The delegation was seen off at the Mandalay International Airport by officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
