Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport is embracing sustainability with a massive green initiative. The airport now features over 7 lakh winter flower seedlings and 40,000 air-purifying indoor plants.

Delhi’s IGI Airport is redefining the travel experience with lush greenery and air-purifying plants, offering passengers a breath of fresh air amid the city’s pollution.  Spread across 4 lakh square meters, the airport’s green landscape extends through all three terminals, featuring exotic plants from Thailand and Indonesia.  A state-of-the-art irrigation system using 100% recycled water ensures sustainable maintenance, reinforcing Delhi Airport’s commitment to environmental conservation.
