Heavy and continuous rain over the past three days caused flooding and isolation. Authorities delivered food and essential supplies to the cut-off households … while waiting for floodwaters to recede. By 7 PM local time 180 residents in the flooded Ea Hanh area had been brought to safety.
Meanwhile, in Thạch Khê Village of Xuân Lộc Commune, the rescue team and local police helped 10 households reach safe zones. Temporary accommodations were arranged in coordination with local authorities, ensuring residents had essential living conditions.
