Culture Affairs: Deputy Minister makes inspections in Yangon

Deputy Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture Daw Nu Mra Zan accompanied by concerned officials inspected the National Theatre (Yangon) on Saturday morning and heard reports on operations, cleaning and greening of the surrounding of the office, staff housing and theatre and the condition of air conditioners and provided necessary instructions.
On the same day, the Deputy Minister inspected the National Museum of Myanmar (Yangon) and heard reports on the purposes and brief history of the National Museum of Myanmar, display of 13 galleries, matters on international and local exhibitions and workshops held at the Museum, number of visitors from home and abroad, students’ visit and work implementations during the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year.
There, the Deputy Minister also met with the staff of the museum and trainees from the Postgraduate Diploma in Museum Studies Batch-21 and provided necessary instructions. The Deputy Minister also inspected the Ticket Management System, Inventory Management and Ethnic Traditional Gallery (Active Reality-AR System) developed during the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year and construction of the 2 storey Antiquities Warehouse.
