


Organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, the ceremony of completing 2nd 38-Mingalars cultural training was held at the Ministry, Nay Pyi Taw at noon on 28th April with the presence of Union Minister U Ko Ko.
In his speech on the occasion, the Union Minister U Ko Ko first expressed his gratitude to the training instructors from YMBA and the Ministry. Next, the Union Minister explained the essences of the Mingalar teachings.
Afterward, the Union Minister U Ko Ko presented certificate of honor and gifts of honor to the 4 training instructors from YMBA and 5 from Ministry, deputy minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Dr. Soe Win gave the training completion certificates to 3 trainees on behalf of the trainees and a trainee expressed words of thanks.
Then, the Union Minister and officials cordially greeted the training instructors and trainees. The training was attended by 70 trainees, it’s learnt.
