




The opening ceremony of the cultural training on 38 blessings organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture was held at the Ministry, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on Saturday with the presence of Union Minister For Religious Affairs and Culture U Ko Ko, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council.
In his opening remark, the Union Minister highlighted the blessings expounded in the Mangala Sutta, the important teachings in the Sutta that is worth to be adhere to live a decent life and the Union Minister introduced the cultural training courses and public ethics to observe in the society.
Then, the patron of Young Men Buddhist Association (Upper Myanmar) U Soe Naing donated 5 million Kyats of cash donation and 500 strings of jade counting beads and the honorary patron of the Young Men Buddhist Association U Soe Thein and wife Daw Khin Cho Ohn donated 30 million Kyats to the Union Minister. The cultural training course will be given for a week, it’s learnt.
