Cubans turn to horse-drawn carriages amid fuel shortages in Ciego de Avila

Horse-drawn carriages, bicycles, and all kinds of electric transportation are alternatives in Ciego de Avila, in central Cuba, to mitigate the effects of the transportation crisis caused by the lack of fuel in the country. President Donald Trump has vowed to starve Cuba of oil after the US military captured Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela, which had been the communist nation's main supplier of the commodity.
