Crowds watch annual Dutch flower parade to mark start of spring

The annual Dutch Flower Parade took place on April 12 marking the vibrant onset of spring in the Netherlands. This celebrated event featured elaborate floats adorned with millions of flowers, traveling a 42-kilometer route from Noordwijk. Thousands of spectators line the streets each year to admire the artistry and fragrant beauty of the floats.

The illuminated night parade on April 11 in Noordwijkerhout added extra magic, with lighted floats glowing through the village streets. On April 13, floats were parked in Haarlem for public viewing, giving visitors a close-up look at the intricate floral designs.
