Crippa claim Paris marathon victories

Italy’s Yemaneberhan Crippa won the Paris Marathon on Sunday in Paris after a tightly contested men’s race. The 29-year-old held off strong competition in a field dominated by leading East African runners. Bayelign Teshager of Ethiopia finished second after staying close to the leader through the final stages. Kenya’s Sila Kiptoo secured third place to complete the men’s podium.
