Crackdown on Illegal Residency : 553 Chinese citizens repatriated on November 27

In its commitment to ensuring peace, stability, and the rule of law, particularly in border areas, the government has been taking actions against illegal residency of foreigners who entered the country through unauthorized means.

To address this issue, authorities have implemented a thorough scrutiny process, in accordance with existing laws, for the repatriation of these individuals. On Monday, a total of 553 Chinese citizens were repatriated after undergoing the scrutiny process.

This marked a continuation of the government's systematic repatriation efforts, with a total of 9,194 Chinese citizens sent back to China from October 31st to November 27^th. The government has reiterated its commitment to sustaining this process, to address the challenge of illegal residency.
