COVID-19 Update: One new COVID-19 case reported on March 19

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported one new COVID-19 case at 8 p.m. on Sunday after testing 2,726 patients within 24 hours.

At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while one patient has recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 633,992 and the death toll stands at 19,490 and the number of recovered patients is 614, 473.
