Covid-19 Update: No New Case Found On 11th August At 8:00 A.M.

The Ministry of Health and Sports reported no new case of COVID-19 found on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. according to the lab results of the National Health Laboratory (Yangon).

A total of 454 lab specimens were tested and no new confirmed case was found. As of 8:00 am on 11th August, there are 360 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar with 6 deaths and 312 recoveries.Out of the recovered patients, 308 have been discharged from the hospital and put under quarantine.

According to the COVID-19 Dashboard of the World Health Organization (WHO) as of 10th August at 3:06 pm CEST, the World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America with over 4.95 million confirmed cases, followed by Brazil with over 3 million confirmed cases and India with over 2.2 million cases.

The Russian Federation, South Africa, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Spain and the United Kingdom include in high confirmed cases of COVID-19. Globally, there have been over 19.7 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 728,031 deaths, according to the WHO report.
