Covid-19 Update: Ministry Reports No New Covid-19 Cases At 8:00 A.M. On 15th July

Ministry of Health and Sports at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday reported no new COVID-19 case after testing 740 lab specimens as the second batch. COVID-19 cases in Myanmar have now reached 337 with 6 deaths till 8:00 Am on 15th July.

While 261 patients have recovered from the disease, 249 of them have been discharged from the hospitals and put under quarantine. Totaling 1,736 lab specimens were tested by the National Health Laboratory (NHL), Department of Medical Research (DMR), Public Health Laboratory (Mandalay), Public Health Laboratory (Mawlamyine) and No (1) 1000 bed Tatmataw Hospital from 14th  to  the morning of 15th July.

The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America, Brazil, India, Russian Federation, Peru, Chile, Mexico, the United Kingdom, South Africa and Islamist Republic of Iran, according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 2:17 pm CEST, 14th July 2020, there have been over 12.9 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 570,000 deaths, reported to WHO.
