COVID-19 Update: 9 new COVID-19 cases reported on April 18

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 9 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Tuesday after testing 2,993 patients within 24 hours.

At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 4 patients have recovered from the disease. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 634,174 and the death toll stands at 19,490 and the number of recovered patients is 614,634.
