COVID-19 Update: 81 new COVID-19 cases reported on May 24

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 81 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 7,838 patients within 24 hours. At the time of report, there is no patient who died due to the disease while 169 patients have recovered from the disease.

Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 638,301and the death toll stands at 19,494 and the number of recovered patients is 617,264.
