COVID-19 Update: 77 new COVID-19 cases reported on April 28

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 77 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Friday after testing 8,662 patients within 24 hours. One patient died due to the disease while 26 patients have recovered from the disease. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 634,676 and the death toll stands at 19,491 and the number of recovered patients is 614,778.
