COVID-19 Update: 68 new COVID-19 cases reported on April 26

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 68 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 8,360 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 6 patients have recovered from the disease. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 634,539 and the death toll stands at 19,490 and the number of recovered patients is 614,722.
