COVID-19 REPORT:MINISTRY REPORTS 73 NEW COVID-19 CASES AT 8 A.M. ON SEPT. 17

Ministry of Health and Sports at 8 a.m. on Thursday reported 73 new COVID-19 cases after testing 2,599 lab specimens.
The tests were conducted in laboratories and general hospitals. COVID-19 cases in Myanmar have now reached 3,894 with 46 deaths at 8 a.m. on the 17th of September.
The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America, India, Brazil, Russian Federation, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Spain and Argentina, according to the World Health Organization.
Globally, as of 4:36pm CEST, 16 September 2020, there have been over 29.44 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 931,000 deaths, reported to WHO.
Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people and those with underlying medical problems are more likely to develop serious illness.
