COVID-19 REPORT: MINISTRY REPORTS 795 NEW COVID-19 CASES ON SEPT. 30

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 946 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday and a total of 6,262 lab specimens were tested from 8 p.m. of 29th to 8 p.m. of the 30th September.
COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar reached 13,373 with 310 deaths at 8 p.m. on the 30th September. Among the old confirmed cases, a total of 3,755 patients have been discharged from the hospital.
The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America with over 7 million confirmed cases followed by India, Brazil, Russian Federation, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Spain and South Africa according to the World Health Organization.
Globally, as of 4:28 pm CEST on 30th September 2020, there have been over 33.50 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 1 million deaths, reported to WHO.
