Coordination meeting: UEC member held meeting with local political parties

The coordination meeting regarding with the scrutinizing works for inspecting the specified number of party members submitted by the political parties that have been approved by the UEC to register as well as weather it’s correct or not regarding with the ground list of party members’ living with the combination of respective Township General Administration department, Township immigration and population department and Township sub election commission was held at the meeting room of Ma-U-bin Township General Administration department in the afternoon on September 25.

At the meeting, the UEC member U Than Tun explained on the ground inspection and the findings of party members who were submitted by the parties after inspecting with CVLMs Software, Admin Deo Software such as those who are not in the list of living under the law, those who have the same name and identity card numbers, those who are the public service personnel, incomplete home address, died, moved other place or entered into the religious order etc.

So, the combine teams included the respective Township General Administration department, Township immigration and population department and Township sub election commission will conduct the ground inspection works and the Township party responsible persons are urged to cooperate in the inspection works.

Then, the attendees the district party committee Chair, secretary and members, district electoral official and the departmental officials discussed to cooperate in the inspection works and the requirements and the UEC member U Than Tun replied the necessary matters.
