Coordination meeting: UAG and regions and states AGs held a meeting

The coordination meeting between the Union Auditor General and the directors of the regions and states auditor general offices pre-three monthly meeting in 2022-2023 fiscal year regarding with Real Time Audit was held at the office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw on June 10.

The Auditor General of the Union Dr. Kan Zaw said that the office of the Auditor General of the Union will carry out the routine auditing as well as the Real Time Audit in 2022-2023 fiscal year.

This meeting is held to implement the work process effectively. So, the directors of the regions and states auditor general offices are urged to study the work process of Real Time Audit systematically and make exerted effort to achieve the tasks effectively.

The directors of Kachin, Kayah, Kayin and Chin States, Sagaing, Taninthayi, Bago, Magway and Mandalay regions, Mon and Rekhine States auditor general offices clarified the completion of auditing and tasks to be done and the work process of Real Time Audit and took a break after the meeting of morning section.

In the afternoon, the directors of Yangon Region, Shan State and Ayeyawady Region auditor general offices continued the discussion.

Next, the director general of the department of inspection explained the work process of Real Time Audit extensively.

Then, the directors of the regions and states auditor general offices raised questions on what they wanted to know and the permanent secretary replied the questions.

After coordinating necessaries, by the Auditor General of the Union gave a conclusion remark.
