Coordination meeting: Shan State CM gave necessary instruction

The coordination meeting of Shan State Government, Self-Administered Division/Zone, State, secondary State, District level departmental officials was held at the State Government office in the afternoon on 5th of June.

At the meeting, State Chief Minister U Aung Aung gave briefing on the tasks to be implemented such as 2024 project works, coordination and collaboration in the regional development works, tender processes to be completed within a month as the directive given by the heads of State, supervising on the project implementation which allowed under some limitations, collecting of revenue, implementation for the cleaning, greening and pleasant schools, development of school libraries, monsoon season agricultural works to be overseen etc.

Next, the attendee State level departmental officials clarified as per the sector, Chief Justice of the State High Court and State Ministers gave supplemented discussions, the district level officials reported General matters, the Chief Minister U Aung Aung supplemented necessary matters and gave a speech of conclusion.
