Coordination meeting: SAC member DPM attended coordination meeting

Member of State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San, Union Minister Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung, Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin attended the coordination meeting on the rehabilitation tasks from natural disaster in the morning on May 25.

At the meeting, the responsible officials of the committees clarified the status of arrival of emergency aids, relief items and the construction materials and the arrangement to allocate them, condition of work implementation of machineries in the storm-hit areas, measures taking to control the fuel price, providing healthcare services to the public with the emergency response teams and the status of receiving cash donation for the rehabilitation tasks.

Upon the clarifications, the Admiral Tin Aung San gave necessary instructions.

Then, the Admiral Tin Aung San and party inspected the loading the materials for the rehabilitation tasks into the motor vehicles from the ships of Sun Shine, Fortune and Khine Razar at Sittwe multipurpose port and the Phaungdawgyi jetty of Myanma Port Authority and gave words of encouragement to the volunteers of Myanmar Police Force members at the port.
