Coordination Meeting: Plans for holding 75th Diamond Jubilee Chin National Day

A work coordination meeting for the successful holding 75th Diamond Jubilee Chin National Day which falls on 20th February 2023 was held in the Chin State Government Office in Hakha on Thursday.

At the meeting, Chin State Chief Minister Dr Wong Hsun Htan said that the Chin National Day which falls in 2023 needs to be more significant in previous years as it is the Diamond Jubilee occasion. Preparations need to be made for invitation and reception and the sub-committees have been formed for the successful holding of the Diamond Jubilee Chin National Day and officials from the sub-committees are invited to give suggestions on holding the ceremony.

Later, the Deputy Commander of North-West Command, the Chairman of the Leading Committee for holding the Chin National Day State Minister for Security and Border Affairs and officials reported on security affairs and plans for successfully holding of the ceremony and estimated costs. In response to the reports of sub-committees, concerned officials gave suggestions on which the Chief Minister coordinated essentials.
