Coordination Meeting: Officials Meet For Independence Day Commemoration

A coordination meeting was held for the Diamond Jubilee Independence Day commemoration event.

In the meeting at the Film Promotion Branch of the Department of Information and Public Relations in Bahan Township of Yangon Region, Chairman of the Working Committee for Diamond Jubilee Independence Day Variety Show Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint stressed the variety show scheduling and the earmarked programmes.

Only when the programmes have been approved, sub-committee needs to arrange for preparations and rehearsals. The Deputy Minister also called on concerned officials to coordinate the schedules in unison.  The meeting continued with the officials and those from relevant associations making discussions to stage the variety show with coordination of the Deputy Minister.
