Coordination Meeting: NPT Council held a meeting with departmental officials

With the aims for the development of administration, economy and social affairs within Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, work coordination meeting with the departmental officials took place at the hall of the Nay Pyi Taw Council Office on January 30th.

The meeting was attended by Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo together with the council members and many other concerned officials. Speaking on the occasion, the Council Chairman stressed the needs for systematic management of working processes to accelerate the development of agriculture, livestock breeding and production businesses within the state.

He emphasized on distributing enough irrigated water to get targeted yields and applying natural fertilizer as well as the development of local MSME sector. Regarding with the education sector, the Council Chairman stressed the needs for the development of higher education system meeting absent and present percentage, and completion rate of the basic education level students.

He also instructed to conduct knowledge sharing programmes for the students to ensure road safety rules and disaster preparedness. Then, the attendees made clarifications on current implementation processes and future plans. Upon the clarification, the Council Chairman coordinated the requirement and the meeting was concluded.
