Coordination Meeting: Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Award Ceremony

A work coordination meeting for the successful holding of 2024 Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Award Ceremony was held at Information and Public Relation Department in Yangon on 10th November.

At the meeting, Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn stressed that 2024 Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Award Ceremony is planned to held in February 2025 in grand manner. Therefore, the relevant individuals and organizations are urged to start preparation measures such as forming evaluation team systematically for the best outcome.

He also stressed the importance to avoid listing potential nominated individuals in evaluation team to prevent unnecessary misconceptions. He also assured that the 2024 Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Award Ceremony will be held in full swing with the concerted efforts of the Ministry of Information and Myanmar Motion Picture Organization.

Then, the Director General of the Information and Public Relations Department and Chairman of the Myanmar Motion Picture Organization clarified the weak and strong points of the previous ceremony and tasks to be implemented. Upon reports, the Union Minister coordinated requirements.
