Coordination Meeting: MoTC Union Minister Gave Necessary Instructions

The coordination meeting of the first 6 month of the Ministry of Transport and Communications was held at the ministry, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on August 22 and was attended by the Union Minister Admiral Tin Aung San, deputy ministers, permanent secretaries, heads of 19 departments and officials concerned.

At the meeting, the union minister explained the instructions given by the Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Prime Minister at the coordination meeting on undertakings of the Union government for first six months and the department heads clarified the policy, target and work undertakings, status of staff force, financial earning and expenditure, implementation of projects, giving capacity building trainings for the staff, amendment of law and by-law and new drafting, work implementations within six months, general matters and future work processes.

Upon the clarification, the union minister gave instructions for the constant efforts to succeed the objectives and work undertakings set by the departments.
