Coordination meeting: Meeting on work process of Pan Khin Project held

A coordination meeting for the work process of Pan Khin Project implementing by the Ministry of Immigration and Population and the work process to have correct voters’ list who are eligible for the future election was held at the Ministry, Nay Pyi Taw on April 25 with the attendance of Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Khin Yee; Deputy Ministers, Director Generals of the Departments Deputy Directors-General and officials and the participation of the head officers from the region / state through video conference. 

Speaking at the meeting, the Union Minister U Kyin Yi said that the Pan Khin Project is to be completed within the stipulated time. Among the regions and states, the target of the project has met in 6 ones and the rests delay due to some security limits.

By overcoming the obstacles and hindrances with the collaboration of the regional authorities and related departments and by finding the available solutions, the task needs to be done to meet the target within a timeframe.

So, in carrying out the tasks on Pan Khin Project and correct voters’ list for the future of the country, all are urged to discuss the obstacles encountering in the work process and the requirements to be fulfilled as per the regions and states frankly.

Next, the head officers of the regions and states clarified the current work implementations, obstacles facing and requirements to be fulfilled in the work process and the director generals supplemented necessaries.

Then, the deputy ministers reported review on the strength and weakness in the work implementations as per the regions and states and the union minister coordinated requirements and gave a speech of conclusion, it’s reported.
