Coordination meeting: Meeting to organize National Education Conference 2024

The second work coordination meeting for organizing Myanmar National Education Conference 2024 was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Education in Nay Pyi Taw at 10 AM on 11th April and attended by the Union Minister for Education Dr. NyuntPe, Deputy Ministers, permanent secretaries, Directors General, Deputy Directors General and officials concerned from the relevant Ministries.

Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister said that the status of completed implementation of future work plans sed by the Myanmar National Education Conference (2023) to be submitted at the conference as per the sector, to approve and discuss the Main Theme and Sub-Themes sent by the Ministries, to prepare for the possible paper reading as per the Sub-themes, the Chairman of State Administration Prime Minister gave guideline regarding to open the refresher trainings for the improvement of teaching and learning quality of the teachers at the basic education schools and universities.

The discussion and suggestion based on the guideline is urged to conduct and the collective cooperation is encouraged to be able to organize Myanmar National Education Conference successfully like the previous year.

Next, the Deputy Minister for Education Dr. ZawMyint discussed to to organize Myanmar National Education Conference successfully.The permanent secretary Dr. Soe Win clarified the proposals sent by the Ministries.After that, the attendees Deputy Ministers from relevant Ministries and officials discussed on the matters of Main Theme, Sub–Themes, possible paper reading as per the sub-themes and other sub-themes and concluded the coordination meeting.
