Coordination Meeting: Meeting to hold collective Mahakahtina ceremony held

The coordination meeting of work committee for holding 13th collective MahaKathina robe offering ceremony organized by the Taninthayi Region Government was held at the region government office in Dawei in the morning on 8th November.

At the meeting, the region Chief minister U MyatKo said that this meeting is the second one to hold the 13th collective MahaKathina robe offering ceremony. The matters to be carried out and to be made decisions will be coordinated.

The departmental officials are urged to give suggestions to hold the collective MahaKathina robe offering ceremony in accordance with the traditional customs. Next, the responsible officials from the respective work committee members clarified the related matters and the Chief Minister coordinated requirements upon the reports and suggestions.
