Coordination Meeting : Meeting to hold Chin National Day held

The coordination meeting (1/2026) for successfully holding the 2026 78th Chin National Day ceremony was held on January 6 at the meeting hall of the Chin State Government Office in Hakha.

First, Patron of Leading Committee for successfully holding the 2026 78th Chin National Day ceremony Chin State Chief Minister Dr. Vun Sung Thang, delivered the opening address for the successful organization of the 78th Chin National Day ceremony. He stated that the various working committees formed for the successful holding of the ceremony must perform their respective tasks to the best of their ability. He also emphasized the need to ensure there are no shortcomings by building upon the experiences from previous years.

Following that, Patron of Leading Committee State Chief Justice U Nay Soe, Leading Committee Chairman State Minister for Security and Border Affairs Col. Khin Maung Htwe, and members of the Leading Committee discussed and presented matters for the successful holding of the 78th Chin National Day ceremony.

Subsequently, the Chairpersons and Secretaries of the working committees explained the points they wished to present.

Regarding the explanations presented, the Leading Committee Patron State Chief Minister provided necessary integration and coordination of the requirements and delivered concluding remarks.
