Coordination meeting: Meeting on Country Economic Promotion Fund held

The meeting on providing cash assistance from Country Economic Promotion Fund was held at the region government office, Monywa of Sagaing Region in the morning on 10th October and attended by the Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw, region government members, region level departmental officials and Chairman of Monywa District Administration Body and the chairmen of kalay, Katha, Khanti, Sagaing, Ye-U, Shwebo attended the meeting through Video Conferencing system.

At the meeting, the Chief Minister said the plans to disburse the loans of 10 billion Kyats from the Country Economic Promotion Fund to the agricultural and livestock breeding related industries, MSMEs and Cooperative societies in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure – SOP and the management of interests in line with the SOP to be able to disburse loans to the industries and use in the development works of the country.

Next, the region level departmental officials clarified disbursing loans and the status of implementing agricultural and livestock breeding industries, MSMEs with Power Point.

Then, the Chairmen of District Administration Bodies explained the status of work implementations with the cash assistance from the Country’s Economic Promotion Fund.

Afterward, the region government members and attendees supplemented necessary matters regarding with industries operating with the financial assistance from the Country’s Economic Promotion Fund.

Next, the Chief Minister coordinated requirements upon the clarifications and discussions of the attendees and gave a speech of conclusion.
