Coordination Meeting: Magway Region Government holds meeting 4/2023

Magway Region Government held the work coordination meeting 4/2023 at the Town Hall in Magway.

In this meeting, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin stressed the importance of COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment activities. Regarding the agriculture sector, he called for efforts to cultivate all year round along with triple crop.

To reduce climate change and for environmental conservation, 500,000 Neem saplings will be planted in the Region. Micro, small and medium enterprises are the main driving force for economic promotion and economic development of a country.

The enterprises should focus on production of agriculture-based products. It is necessary for concerned officials to collect the arrears of electricity bills. Arrangements need to be made for easy and quick paying of the electricity bills.

The meeting continued with discussions on implementation of the decisions made in the meeting 3/2023 and plans.
