

The coordination meeting between the Kayah State Government and the relevant state-level departments was held at the meeting hall of the State government office on Monday. The meeting was attended by the Kayah State Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin, Chief Justice of State High Court, members of the state government, relevant state-level department heads, and chairpersons of district and township administrative bodies.
First, the Chief Minister provided further clarification on the guidance and instructions from the Chairman of the State Administration Council, Prime Minister General Min Aung Hlaing, at the Union Government meeting held on January 17, in Nay Pyi Taw. Following this, discussions focused on ensuring the full implementation of departmental plans for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, revitalizing the state's economy through agriculture, livestock farming, and MSME interprises, improving tax collection, and ensuring balanced progress in sectors such as education, health, and social welfare. The importance of adhering to set timelines for construction projects and maintaining standards for cleanliness and beautification of towns and villages was also emphasized.
Subsequently, the officials from state-level departments presented updates on regional development, reconstruction, and project activities, as well as plans for prioritized tasks. Members of the state government engaged in further discussion and provided additional input.
Finally, the Chief Minister concluded the meeting by summarizing the discussions and coordinating the necessary actions to ensure the successful implementation of the proposed plans.
