Coordination meeting: Kachin State CM addressed the meeting

In the Kachin State, 1384 ME, Myanmar Traditional Maha Thingyan festival will be organized in Myitkyina Township in a grand scale in accordance with the traditional culture and customs. Kachin State Chief Minister U Khat Htein Nan watched and encouraged the full-dress rehearsal  of the Yein dance groups of the State General Administration Department who are going to compete in the Maha Thingyan festival at the city hall on April 10th.

Next, the Chief Minister gave a words of encouragement and provided cash assistances to the Thangyan chrus dance tropes and cordialy greeted. Then, the Chief Minister held a coordination meeting with the state government members to hold the 1385 ME Myanmar Traditional Cultural Maha Thingyan festival with teeming crowd and to perform traditonal meritorious deeds on the New Year Day.

At the meeting, the State Chief Minister gave an necessary instructions to hold the traditional ceremonies successfully. The Chairman of steering committee for orgainzing traditonal ceremonies and the plans of fun fairs regarding with Maha Thingyan festival clarified and the state ministers supplemented necessary matters. In response to the clarifications, the Chief Minister coordinated requirements.
