Coordination meeting: Development on agricultural sector discussed

The coordination meeting on the development of agriculture, livestock breeding and goods production in Bago Region was held at the Tawwin Hantha Meeting Room of the region government in the morning on 25th July.

At the meeting, the Chief Minister U Myo Win gave necessary instructions including requirements of selecting pedigree variety of seeds of paddy and edible oil crops, preparations of oil mills so as to be ready for the extension of edible oil crops, growing paddy without leaving vacant land, substituting kitchen vegetables, supplying adequate agricultural water and providing necessary inputs for the development of agricultural sector.

Next, the attendees of the chairmen of district and township administration council reported the implementations for the development of agriculture, livestock breeding and goods production development and the future work plans with power point presentation.

Afterward, the responsible officials of the region government and regional level departmental officials gave necessary suggestions and the chief minister supplemented necessary instructions, it’s reported.
