Coordination Meeting: 32nd SEA Games torch relay plan

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein attended a coordination meeting to carry the torch successfully for the 32nd Southeast Asian Games and12th Paralympic Games.

During the meeting at the Yangon Region Government Office on 20th April, the Chief Minister said that the 32ndSoutheast Asian Games will be held from the 5th to the 17thof May and it will be followed by the 12th Paralympic Games from the 3rd to the 9th of June.

The Games torch arrived at the Yangon on 19th April and the torch will be carried on 21st April, he added. Also, Chairman of the Region Sports and Physical Education Committee explained plans to carry the torch. And, attendees made discussions to hold the torch carrying ceremony successfully.The torch will tour to the Laos, it’s reported.
