Coordination for Development: Meeting with regional-level departments

Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin presided over a coordination meeting 6/2024 with regional-level departments to successfully implement the economic, social and regional development activities.

In this meeting at the Magway Townhall, the Chief Minister called for efforts for a series of matters including trees planting across the Region, legal actions against the wrongful use of farmlands, cultivation to achieve to achieve target yield, hookworm and elephantiasis vaccination programme in the Region, library development with the cash assistance of 280 million Kyats and plans for reading habit promotion activity.

And, attendees made discussions on implementation of the decisions made in the meeting 5/2024. Then, a sector-wise discussion was made for the economic, social and regional development of the Region.
