Coopers' Dance enlivens the streets of Munich in tradition that happens every seven years

Since the beginning of January throughout Bavaria, around 50 troupes have been keeping alive the tradition of the Coopers' Dance, street performances that take place only once every seven years in public squares, schools, or private venues. In Munich, the home of the tradition, about 30 men in traditional costume perform a choreographed routine in front of the iconic Hofbrauhaus brewery.
