Cooperation in Agriculture Sector: MCRD Union Minister receives Russian delegation

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe received a delegation led by Mr. Alexander Sergeevich Shatirov, Director of Fund Roscongress Investments from the Russian Federation at the Ministry on 2nd of August.

During the meeting, both sides cordially discussed matters pertaining to establishing of Foilar Fertilizer manufacturing plant using Russian technologies, signing of Memorandum of Cooperation on economic and technical cooperation,  arranging land area for plant construction, importing Russian Foilar Fertilizer and testing the fertilizer in plantations as well as provision of necessary assistance in raising awareness among farmers.
