Convocation ceremony: MUE held 21st convocation ceremony

The honoring dinner commemorating 21st convocation ceremony of Monywa University of Economics held at the multipurpose hall of the university in the evening on January 21 with the attendance of Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw together with the region chief justice, region ministers, region level departmental officials, rector, pro-rectors, professors, faculty members and graduate students.

First, the Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw gave a remark of honor. Next, the Rector of the Monywa University of Economics Dr. Thida Kyu clarified regarding hosting honoring dinner commemorating 21st convocation ceremony. Then, the Chief Minister provided one million Kyats of cash donation for the Hsu Taung Pyae Pagoda renovating in the university and the region minister for social affairs U Aye Hlaing provided one million Kyats of cash assistance for the Monywa University of Economics.

Next, one of Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate student expressed words of thanks. Afterward, the chief minister together with the officials enjoyed the dinner and the teachers and students presented with the songs and dances, it’s reported.
