Convenient Arrangement: Plans for donation to cyclone affected victims

A coordination meeting for convenient donation process for cyclone MOCHA affected victims was held on Wednesday. Vice Chairman (1) of the National Disaster Management Committee, member of the State Administration Council, Deputy Prime Minister, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Soe Htut discussed that for the rehabilitation works in the areas affected by Cyclone Mocha, systematic measures have been carried out for accepting and distribution of the donated cash and items by the donors from home and abroad.

He stressed that it is needed to provide convenient process for donation in line with the law, financial rules and regulations. The Vice Chairman of the Work Committee for Fund Raising Deputy Minister for Planning and Finance U Maung Maung Win and attendees made general round of discussions.
