Completion of Mingalar training: MoRAC Union Minister addressed the ceremony

The completion of 38 points of Mingalar cultural training was held with a ceremony at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, Nay Pyi Taw on Friday with the attendance of Union Minister U Ko Ko, Deputy Ministers and officials.

In his speech of training completion, the Union Minister U Ko Ko, first, wished for the auspiciousness of the attendees. Then, the union minister explained the essences of the 38 points of Mingalar teaching for the youth to become the decent and good citizens. The Union Minister pointed out that every nationality has the culture and it’s the precious quality and indicates the standard. Culture and the nationality are inseparable. When the culture is in downturn, the nationality cannot be identified.

When the culture disappears, the nationality will vanish. So, the culture should be safeguarded. The culture can be generally defined as the traditions and customs handed by the ancestors and it appears that Myanmar culture based on the religion. 

The Union Minister urged the trainees to keep the refuge of triple gems Buddha, Dhamma and the Sangha daily and pay obeisance to the parents before going to bed.

Next, the Union Minister U Ko Ko presented certificate of honor and gift of honor to the 6 training instructors from YMBA and the certificate of honor to the two contributors.

Then, the Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Dr. Soe win presented certificate of completing training to three trainees on behalf of all training completing students and one of trainees expressed words of thanks.

Afterward, the Union Minister U Ko Ko and officials cordially greeted the training instructors and trainees. The training was attended by 75 trainees and 5 intern training instructors.
