Commerce sectors: Meeting on beans and pulses export boosting

The Union Minister for commerce U Aung Naing Oo attended the coordination meeting regarding with export of beans and pulses, millet and sesame held at the meeting hall of Yangon office of the Ministry of Commerce in the afternoon on 12th September.

At the meeting, the Union Minister discussed the matters on boosting production of beans and pulses, millet and sesame and export to the foreign market, the stability of domestic crops market, export of sesame and groundnut without affecting the domestic consumption and production, Prevention of market manipulation on the domestic bean and pulses market and collaboration of government and the entrepreneurs to prevent the illegal export of beans and pulses and the cooperation with the farmers, exporters, organizations and departments to produce and export the beans and pulses, millet and saseme.

Then, the Chairman, Vice Chairman and responsible persons of Myanmar Beans and Pulses and Sesame Merchants Association reported the works to be done and the Union Minister coordinated requirements.
