Commerce Affairs: Union Minister holds meeting in Tachileik Township

Union Minister for Commerce U Aung Naing Oo, together with Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye met with the members of the Eastern Shan State Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Tachileik Border Trade Chambers of Commerce in Tachileik Township on Friday.

During the meeting, the Union Minister clarified provision of assistance for trade promotion of Shan State (East), boosting export and development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The Union Minister also urged all to make concerted efforts in market expansion to Laos and China and export enhancement matters and clarified the further work undertakings.

And, the attendees made discussion related to the difficulties experienced, support by the Ministry and the smooth transportation of goods. Then, the Union Minister fulfilled the needs upon the discussion. This meeting was joined by a total of 80 concerned officials from relevant departments and associations.
